Cooler flow underway; cloudier, too

Clouds are rolling in, as slightly cooler air is now working in across the state! Out-the-door temperatures will be in the upper 60s, for most, to start your Wednesday. This is nothing dramatic, but the dew points have dropped a touch, making the air less humid.

This will mark a nice and quiet start for the morning rush hour, as winds remain steady from the north at 6-12 mph.

This afternoon will bring mostly cloudy skies, a weak shower chance and a cooler afternoon. Highs later today will reach the lower 80s, nearly 10° cooler than yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon. Any shower chance will be very weak and widely scattered…any work outdoors shouldn’t really be impacted.

More great weather on tap for the remainder of the workweek before a shower or storm chance returns on Saturday afternoon/evening. This will usher in a much cooler, breezier flow on Sunday and into early next week with fall in the air!
