Rutland – Community Health Pediatrics plans Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccinations for children aged 5-11.
Beginning Nov. 19, Covid-19 vaccines will be delivered two weeknights and one weekend day at Community Health Pediatrics. An appointment will be required. Children do not have to be a patient of a Community Health practice to receive a vaccine. If your child is not a Community Health patient, call 802-773-9131 for vaccine planning information.
If your child is a Community Health patient, you can schedule the Covid-19 vaccine online at our website, www.chcrr.org, or call 802-773-9131. When scheduling an appointment, be sure to enter your child’s name as it appears on the Community Health medical record. Each child in your family needs a separate appointment.
For the health and safety of patients and staff, masks are required and all patients are screened before entering any of the Community Health practices.
When planning your child for a Covid-19 vaccine, remember:
-All children aged 5-11 years can receive the vaccine. Separate arrangements are required for each child in the family.
