OPS, OCS holding pediatric COVID vaccine clinic

OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) – Owensboro Public Schools and Owensboro Catholic Schools are organizing a clinic for children ages 5-11 this Saturday, Nov. 20, to receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

Officials say they are partnering with Ethos Labs, their Test-to-Stay provider.

This is a drive-in clinic that will take place in the parking lot of the Owensboro Innovation Campus (2631 South Griffith Ave.). You are requested to enter the lot from Scherm Rd. side of the building.

Families must register online before arrival. At the same time, you must also register for the second dose. That date is December 11.

Families should bring their insurance card if they have one, and parents should bring ID.

If you have proof of your child’s age, you can bring that too, but it is not mandatory.
