1 killed in two-car crash on Interstate 70 in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS – An investigation is underway after one person was killed in a two-car crash on Interstate 70 Sunday morning.

According to the Indiana State Police, the crash happened just after 5 a.m. on the ramp connecting I-70 westbound to I-65 southbound on Indy’s near northeast side.

Investigators say one person died in the crash. No word on any additional injuries.

ISP says the ramp will be closed for some time as they complete their investigation.

The incident remains under investigation.
